By recognizing the importance of our people, we canstrengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals beingachieved. Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crewmembers. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction andfood quality. Oversee the shift operations of Braum's foodservice function, grocery market and fountain sales. Activelyparticipate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchenequipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Share inresponsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies andpractices are implemented and followed accordingly. Work Schedule:Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected45 hour work week.
