JobDetails: Provide support on Product Operations (formerly known asSpecialty Product Team) sponsored programs/products, including butnot limited to account set up and handling contacts from merchants,Relationship Managers, HSC personnel, and 3rd party partners. Musthave a detailed understanding of Regional Service Team processesincluding those functions performed by Customer Advocates.Responsibilities: Data enter merchant information accurately,within specified time limits into the applicable database, usingproprietary tools. Setup specialized, Product Operationssponsored, merchant accounts on HPS internal systems as well as 3rdparty vendor specific systems. Interact with RelationshipManagers, HSC personnel, and External Heartland offices via phone,fax, and e-mail to resolve any issues relating to the successfulprocessing of new accounts and maintenance requests. Stay currentwith all equipment options, features and functions as it relates tothe vendor/product. Provide customer service support to merchantsparticipating in Product Operations sponsored programs, includingPOS and account related inquiries. Meet or exceed production,quality, and attendance objectives of the department. Regularlycommunicate details of fulfillment efforts through scheduledmeetings and written pieces. Other duties as required by businessconditions or as assigned. Education: High school educationExperience, Knowledge and Skills: Minimum twelve (12) months dataentry experience and/or twelve (12) months call center. (Minimum oftwelve (12) months experience as an employee of Heartland PaymentSystems). Fundamental knowledge of overall Bankcard Industry.Ability to work rapidly, independently and accurately underpressure to meet departmental goals. Knowledgeable of companypolicies, procedures, products and services. Have a currentknowledge of your workgroup and department's procedures, policies,and responsibilities. Must have a strong understanding of Point ofSale functionality and support Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and Google G-Suite applications. Ability to type at least 40words per minute. Must have strong written and oral communicationskills and well-developed problem solving skills and attention todetail. Must have a strong understanding of overall POS Support.Strong Maintenance and Application Entry background is a plus.Level: Works under limited supervision; work is typically routine;refers to standard instructions and procedures for guidance anddirection; encounters issues that are varied, but straightforwardand may require research/inquiry to solve. Must be able to quicklyand accurately perform data entry functions and provide accurateand courteous phone support.
